1. 1. Scope
This policy covers professional training courses listed on the site with stated KRW pricing. Advisory retainers may carry bespoke contracts that supersede this page where signed.
2. 2. Eligibility Window
You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of payment if you have not attended a live desk session or accessed downloadable materials marked non-refundable.
3. 3. Full vs. Partial Refunds
Full refunds apply before cohort materials unlock. Partial refunds may apply if under forty percent of scheduled contact hours were delivered and documented cancellation reasons qualify.
4. 4. Non-Refundable Items
Custom facilitator travel booked in your name, third-party licenses you asked us to procure, or rush scheduling fees are generally non-refundable once purchased.
5. 5. Request Process
Email desk@flare-blink.digital with payment reference, cohort name, and reason. We respond within five business days with status.
6. 6. Processing Timeline and Method
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days to the original payment channel where technically feasible.
7. 7. Korean Consumer Rights
Nothing here limits mandatory protections under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (ECBA) and related Korean consumer regulations. For disputes, you may also use authorized consumer dispute mediation bodies.
